We offer delivery across India, covering all serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics network.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3–4 business days

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, weather conditions, or operational factors.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

To provide flexibility, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

Please note:

  • COD may be available only for select pin codes.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may be applied at checkout.
  • Orders placed using COD are subject to confirmation via SMS or call.
  • NexGen reserves the right to limit or decline COD orders based on order history or serviceability.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking details via SMS and email.
You can also track your shipment directly from your Orders Dashboard.

🚛 Shipping Partners

We partner with industry-leading logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and other reputed carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.

❗ Undelivered Shipments (RTO Policy)

In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment will be returned to us (Return to Origin – RTO).

For COD orders, repeated delivery failures or refusals may result in:

  • Restrictions on future COD orders
  • Applicable RTO or shipping charges
