Refund policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by:
- Visiting My Orders and selecting “Cancel Order”
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 5 to 7 days of delivery
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
4. Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it can’t be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest.
