Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by:

  • Visiting My Orders and selecting “Cancel Order”

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 5 to 7 days of delivery

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it can’t be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest.
